Description de la fonction

- Prepare packages to be shipped to customers and other business contacts on-time.
- Ensure all paperwork accompanying packages is correct.
- Package orders and process shipments via shipping software systems.
- Use and maintain office equipment (printers, fax, etc.) as necessary.
- Troubleshoot shipping problems. Fix or communicate to management as necessary.
- Process paperwork and packages for delivery to our other sites.
- Help maintain accurate inventory.
- Stay current with company communications by frequently accessing email and other methods of communication as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Encourage and aid in cross-departmental training and knowledge-transfer.
- Be aware of the companies' policy on and contribute to quality and environmental management by adhering to the requirements of the ISO 9001, 13485 and 14001 standards and internal procedures and work instructions.

- Ability to perform complex tasks and to prioritize multiple projects.
- Capable of making administrative / procedural decisions and judgments.
- Must be self-motivated, with the ability to see what needs to be done without being told to do it.
- Ability and willingness to follow direction and perform duties.
- Must have excellent computer skills which includes knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Must be able to be on feet a few hours at a time.
- Must possess the ability to adapt to changes in the process.
- Must possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be highly organized, able to multi-task and capable of meeting strict deadlines.
- Must be able to interact in a professional manner with customers, employees and all levels of management.
- Must be able to work in a group or independently.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English and Dutch fluently. Other languages are a bonus.
- You must be able to present your certificate of good conduct.
- You can work in the late shift (1 am - 10 pm).
