Providing safety and prevention and administrative support for all facility aspects within the organization in order to achieve an optimal level of usefulness, ease of use and safety for all colleagues.
- Executing and follow-up various activities involved in the implementation of construction, renovation and maintenance projects on buildings and infrastructure
- Carrying out various operational and administrative tasks with a repetitive character in order to ensure good and efficient administrative guarantee support within the department
- Implement procedures and processes on prevention and protection at work and monitor their implementation in order to comply with the legal standards and ensure safety of all the colleagues.
- Managing administrative procedures related to fleet in order to make all information and documentation under the company car policy available to each party at all times.
- Sort of experience required (domain, industry, expertise,): Administration, Fleet, Prevention - Bilingual FR/NL English is an asset - Personality: energetic, proactive, rigorous and with a good experience in admin management
- Interim Job for 4 months (16-09 to 08-01) - Half time ( 20h/week) flexible but ideally no presence on Fridays - 2500€ brut for a full time
