Tempo Team is looking for a Key Administrative Coordinator for a society based in Brussel

Jobomschrijving

You'll be responsible for coordinating the administration of our Property Management department, working in close relationship with the Head of Property Management but also with the property managers and the team assistants.

You'll prepare pitches together with the Head of Property Management; you'll then prepare the contract in collaboration with our legal department, follow up with the client; once signed, you'll coordinate the transfer of information to the property manager in charge and to the team.

You'll be the person responsible for client billing and fee forecasting :
You'll prepare the monthly forecast as well as the quarterly statistics of the department, again working in close collaboration with the Head of department and with the property managers to gather accurate information.
You'll then prepare the billing using our software system and issuing our (monthly or quarterly) invoices to the clients.

As administrative coordinator, you'll also be responsible for overall administrative support like informing new members of the team, informing the team on new processes, preparing team meetings and events, following up the request

Jouw aanbod

Smart
You'll have excellent knowledge of French and English, both written and spoken, as well as a very good working knowledge of Dutch.

Numbers and IT-Literate
You have an interest for figures as you will take full responsibility to manage the financial side of our activity with accuracy and to provide diverse reporting with our dedicated tools. However, academic accountancy knowledge is certainly not required therefore.
We'll expect you to have a good knowledge of all MS Office software's and specifically on Excel.

Organized
You are a rigorous and pro-active person; you have excellent organisational skills.

Open
