Tempo Team is looking for a customer service assistant for one of its clients specialized in the petrochemical sector.

The Customer Service Assistant is responsible for the management of daily operations in the Back-Office. He/She works close together with the Sales Representatives, Sales Officers and the Credit Manager. In general he/she is the interface for the different services within the organization.
Sales and commercial assistance : - Improve the relationship with the customers and the loyalty to AS 24 - Promote the range of services by cross-selling operations - Launching communication operations by phone (new services, new stations, ¿) decided by the management - Assist SR & SO for operational requests and administration - Back up other team member of the customer service - Explain the Extranet & Fleet/drivers application to customers - Do regular visits to top customers with SR
Back Office : - Respond on requests from customers / other affiliates / other internal services / partners. (telephone, mail) - Claims follow-up - Contracts & filing : check, have them signed, check if specific delegation (rebates & rfp) are validated by competent manager, check if credit has been validated by CM, input in CRM, orders, Scan of documents and specific agreements, send copy of contract to customer. - Contracts amendments & new orders of cards, passangos & other services. Filing in customer files of specific agreements and / or delegations to be validated - Administration Follow-up « dépassement clients » and « retour Passango » & send specifications to VAT partner - Follow-up web orders - Post
Network : - Stock Management (Back-Up) - Manual fillings - Fraud follow-up - Follow-up and communication concerning network breakdowns
Credit : - Managing of prepaid accounts - Bad Debt & follow up of refused/declined direct debits - Follow up : alerts 80% outstandings + call to notify top customers
Others : - Communication actions decided by the Benelux Country Manager - Translation requests by head office of for internal / external communication
