For a client active in the medical nutrition field located in Brussels, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative for three months (july - spetember).
The customer service representative is the first point of contact for the customers. He or she is responsible for the full proces of order to invoice and all communication with the company's customers concerning the order and delivery process. Next to this you support logistic improvements initiated by the organization. The customer service representatives aims to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction. Daily communication and / or handling backorder is an important task. The customer service representative is receiving the complaints of the trade partners and initiates the complaint process before handing this over to the logistic coordinator.
Main tasks : - Responsible for the management of customers orders, from order intake to delivery at point of delivery, in line with contract, procedure guidelines and customer expectations - Main point of contact for given customers group - Ensure proper follow-up of impact of product availability - Manage adequate communication with key account manager, commercial team, and other supply chain functions - Accountable to register customer complaints, solve issues and respond to queries - You make sure that the customer info of your customer base is accurate and up-to-date
EQUIRED EXPERIENCE/BACKGROUND: - FR and ENG written & spoken / NL nice to have - Educational background minimal MBO or Middelbaar onderwijs for BE candidates - +/- 3 years of work experience within customer service or a logistic role - Understanding wholsalers, hospital or pharmacy environment - Comfortably communicating and acting with customers
TECHNICAL: - Experience with a ERP system, preferably SAP - Experience with Excel, Word
