Answer and direct phone calls (back up SPOC) Planning of customer support teams: organize and schedule appointments (trainings, assistance on-site, sales services, product repairs and tests) in coordination with planning team Assist the inside technical engineer (preparation & sending quotations, reports, Act as the contact point for internal and external clients on administrative aspects for After-sales issues Support with formalization of quotations to customers Handling of returns for specific Industry products: organize expertise's, follow-up on reports and customer decisions, Creation of service requests and coordination with planning team Software: quotations, entire ordering process, outbound reinstatement campaigns Quotations for trainings and on-site tests Quotations follow-up with customers Ordering of Material for interventions
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
