On a daily basis, you will interact with our marketing teams, network sales reps, customer service, operations, product management, etc.

MAIN ACTIONS, TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver an excellent customer experience during daily multi-channel customer interactions.
Qualify leads and turn them into opportunities to establish business proposals
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
Perform basic calculations to provide prospects and customers with accurate pricing and quotes
Take initiative in informing repeat customers of new products or services and price changes
Record all customer interactions and sales activities, and update prospect and account information in the CRM system.
Present new innovative Air Liquide solutions to customers and prospects.
In this role:

You will join a very dynamic and new team of sales professionals; our sales team has a strong team spirit and supports each other in all situations.
You report to the Inside Sales Manager Benelux.
You are preferably based in Evere; you can also be based in Herentals or Milmort and be prepared to travel regularly to the Evere office.

Jouw aanbod

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree in business administration. Alternative (e.g. marketing, sales) or comparable.
3-4 years of professional experience in a fast-paced sales, inside sales or telesales environment.
Successful in cold and warm lead generation and research.
Understanding customer needs and requirements and translating them into Air Liquide solutions.
Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM and Google (docs, spreadsheets) is a major asset.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong listening and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced digital environment, maintain high service standards, and utilize analytical skills.
Fluency in Dutch and French, good knowledge of English.
