Tempo Team is op zoek naar een Finance Assistant voor een bedrijf gespecialiseerd in gps-navigatiesystemen.
Provide administrative support to the finance manager with the daily tasks :
-Assist the finance team in managing and verifying incoming invoices, invoice coding and supplier payments. -Manage the administrative follow-up of customers and suppliers, as well as the due invoices. -Assist colleagues with the preparation of the monthly financial reports. -Processing AP -Check invoices and handle reminders -Provide assistance with periodic closings -Processing and booking of banks -Provide administrative support -Provide excellent communication to customers via Email, Fax and Telephone -Liaise daily with Sales Managers, EMEA Sales, Warehouse and Finance daily to resolve issues or update on new requirements -Attend phone conferences if required -Assure business confidentiality -Carry out any other work as detailed by the Order Management Supervisor -Support other Team members in daily duties and training if required -Work closely with colleagues across the company at all levels -Effective support and help to other departments within Garmin when required.
- Computer literate, Oracle Experience is a plus, Experience in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook) - Accuracy, computer Literate, knowledge in Microsoft Office, speaks fluently Dutch, French and English (written and oral). Experience with Navision/Oracle is a plus - Holds a Bachelor's degree in a relevant financial education or will graduate soon - Has previous experience with knowledge of financial administration - Enthusiastic, communicative, organizational and able to set the necessary priorities are a must.
