Our client is an international group, which offers a full range of innovative food ingredients and services for the bakery, patisserie and chocolate sectors. We serve artisans, retailers, industrial and food service companies in over 100 countries around the world.

Description de la fonction

As the Group HR Management Assistant you support, assist and facilitate the job of the Chief People Officer by helping to organize meetings, seminar trips, agenda and support in building presentations. You will also be the backup for supporting the Chairman of the Group.


Key Accountabilities

* You organize the agenda : meetings, seminar, trips, expense notes,...
* You will support in the organization of HR seminar, HR international brainstormings & webinars, several trainings and meetings.
* You prepare key meetings such as business reviews/budgets: visualizing of PowerPoints, Excel, collect information,...
* You consolidate multiple inputs through reporting.
* You prepare the visits of groups or individual visitors.
* You provide administrative support to the Chief People Officer and her direct reports (secretarial work: typing, copying, filing, make and confirm appointments, manage incoming telephone calls) and back up the Chairman of the group.
* You actively participate to HR center animation.
* You are the speaking point of customers, relations and other internal departments.
* You work closely together with the team of assistants.

Who are we looking for?

You have a Bachelor's Degree on office management or related fields or an equivalent experience.
You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
You have an advanced knowledge of Microsoft office (outlook, power point, excel).
You are committed and trustworthy and have strong communication skills with the ability to adapt your communication style to all different levels in the organization.
You are flexible, stress resistant and proactive with a continuous improvement mindset.
You are well organized and focused on priorities
You have an excellent knowledge of English and are mastering Dutch and/or French. Proficiency in Spanish is an asset.
