Tempo Team is op zoek naar een "projectmanager ondersteuning" voor een internationaal netwerk van bedrijven die gespecialiseerd zijn in audit-, boekhoudkundige diensten en het verlenen van adviezen met een focus op sectorspecifieke benaderingen van het bedrijfsleven.
Project finance follow-up:
Financial reporting: set up and configure initial financial reports, extract inputs from systems, perform analyses and look for inconsistencies, interpret results, and share key messages and recommendations to the project manager - Budget monitoring and follow-up: get a clear view of the project budget at any time including actual efforts, forecasts, expenses and project key figures - Invoicing and expenses follow-up: identify irregularities and consolidate monthly expenses to be invoiced to the client - Value tracking management and weekly/monthly dashboard creation
Project management support:
- Project mapping: consolidate all important files (proposal, Steering Committee decks, contracts, deliverables, invoicing, etc.) - Team staffing and reconciliation with the internal planning tool while also proactively raising staffing risks - Onboarding of new colleagues on the program and provision of all program information and practicalities - Contract management and follow-up and draft elaboration - Project action list update and monitoring - Communication support between various stakeholders - Coordination of internal and client meetings and drafting of minutes of meetings - Draft/design status presentations and executive summary - Help to improve the process and the organisation - Discussion of possibilities within the project management team and with other team members to implement new solutions - Acting as the right-hand of the project/program manager and helping him/her with any ad-hoc activities
- Bachelor's degree - Minimum 2 years of experience in a PMO/PSO position is a plus - Strong proficiency with MS Office and solid IT literacy - Analytical mindset and comfortable with numbers and big sets of data - A natural born communicator in dealings with customers/external partners/suppliers - Fluent in English, French and Dutch (both written and spoken - Interested in operational and hands-on experience - Client-oriented and solutions-oriented - Multi-tasker (achieving maximum time effectiveness) with strong organisational skills - Able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment - Proactive, showing initiative and a strong sense of responsibility - Able to work independently and in a team
