Job Description Within the Segment RIMO dealing with Regulated Institutions and international organizations such as Energy ministeries, public authorities linked to the energy, the European Commission (DG Energy), Energy producers and suppliers (TSO ¿ DSO), etc. , the Sales Assistant works in support of our Consultants and Sales Managers to design commercial offers to answer to tenders or to directly submit them to the clients according to the right procedure. More particularly you : -You work together with the segment managersn, the Sales managers and our consultants to prepare and deliver commercial offers and tender files on time, following strict procedures. -You gather the necessary files and administrative/commercial information close to the concerned people within (Consultants, Managers, Technical experts...) -You ensure that offers and tender files are complete and perfectly finished before sending. Your skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word will be key for it. -You enter and update the information in the CRM (Salesforce) and make the follow-up for every sales process. -You support the sales team in preparing presentations to clients, reviewing layouts, etc. -You also propose ideas to develop templates and new models for our commercial offers (all clients are different, so all offers must be adapted). -You welcome clients in visit in office.
- You organize meetings and workshops of our consultants with the clients. -Our clients are regulated institutions and public authorities. For example : Energy ministeries in Europe, Middle-East and African countries, the European Commission, Energy transporters and suppliers, the national electricity grids operators,
