This company is one of the market leaders in the creation production and selling of high-end wall decoration.
- You will develop the business in our direct markets and with our national distributors in their respective countries (introducing new ranges and sales tools, training of their sales team, organising and attending local events, follow up on projects, visit of important customers...). - You will look for new business opportunities, new markets, based on market research. - You are responsible for the evolution of the turnover in the markets for which you are responsible. - You will report feedback from the market and participate at product/marketing meetings. - You will work closely together with the staff at the back-office for the follow-up of your visits. - You will attend international exhibitions in different countries.
Who are you?
- You are ambitious, result-oriented, positive, honest and determined to commit yourself for a long-term cooperation with our company. - You can adapt to different nationalities/profiles of customers and you are good at maintaining existing relationships and at creating new ones. - You are able to analyse market opportunities and threats, and to make the right business decisions. - You are interested in design, trends, colours and appreciate high quality and creativity. - You like travelling (50% of your time). - You are well-organised, and working independently doesn¿t frighten you, although you are also a team-player. - You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar job. - You are fluent in German and English. French, Dutch or any additional language are an asset.
