- Help HR team in the developpement of the Agency Work Programme. - Prepare data to develop and support the Agency Work Programme. - Maintain, update and develop financial and budgetary structures. - Prepare data for monthly budget review meetings. - Conduct regular reviews with managers and staff to support the effective management purchase requisitions, purchase orders and contracts. - Summarise budget execution data and report results for quarterly and monthly performance purposes.
- Highly numerate and detail conscious assistant. - Experience in the use of Oracle Cloud Financial Systems is a pre-requisite. - Computer literate with good Excel skills - Proactive and flexible with an ability to work in an independent manner. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact at all levels - English is key for this role with French an added value.
