Our client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator. The Role :
Provide support to current and prospective Customers including order processing, handling inquiries, order confirmation and invoicing per specific region or product. Responsible providing product and service support to customers and ensure that they receive the best possible service.
Your responsibilities: - Provide prompt response to Email and telephone enquiries, sales and order enquiries, including product and service availability and delivery information - Develop good customer relationships, particularly with key accounts, by tracking or chasing for orders,... - Transfer accurately sales and service orders into SAP, highlighting any special requirements, optimizing the supply and transport as required - Regularly check unconfirmed orders and take necessary action to get confirmed and ensure that customer delivery expectations are met - Ensure invoices are checked for accuracy against account or payment issues and expedite handling of customer complaints, product returns, and credit notes - Provide sales support to sales team, including handling sales correspondence, sending literature and samples - Actively work as a team member and provide back up as necessary to other Customer Service colleagues - Projects on request of the Customer Service Manager
- 2 years in a similar position with order processing skills, preferably SAP - Good communications skills, outgoing personality - very good knowledge in German & English, another language is an asset
