Tempo team is recruiting an order administrator for one of its clients located in 1140 BRUSSELS


. Management and Coordination of your own Accounts
. Sole point of contact for your customer for any queries or issues that are order related
. Processing and acknowledging of orders on a daily basis through Navision and Oracle
. Provide excellent communication to customers via Email, Fax and Telephone
. Checking Availability and Pricing
. Supply customers with back order reports and shipping reports via Navision and Oracle
. Liaise with Lead Time Analyst and Planners about stock requirements
. Organise consolidated shipments and booking requirement per customer¿s individual needs
. Provide tracking and POD information as required
. Research and solve customer queries and problems. Escalate to OM Supervisor as required
. Liaise daily with Sales Managers, EMEA Sales, Warehouse and Finance daily to resolve issues or update on new requirements
. Attend phone conferences if required
. Coordinate discrepancy reporting and process Credit requests as required
. Work with Sales managers to ensure correct pricing for promotional offers, special discounts etc.
. Carry out any other work as detailed by the Order Management Supervisor
. Support other Team members in daily duties and training if required
. Effective support and help to other departments within Garmin when required.

Jouw aanbod

. Bilingual (NL/FR) with good knowledge of ENG (internal communication)
. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
. Have an interest in administration
. Structured, organised and rigorous
. Customer oriented
. Punctual
. Computer literate, Oracle Experience is a plus
. Experience in Data entry is a plus
. Experience in Customer Service is a plus
. Experience in communicating via Telephone/Email/Fax is a plus

Wat bieden wij?

. Temporary contract for 6 months with the possibility of obtaining a permanent contract
. Monday to Thursday: 8.30am - 5.30pm including 1 hour unpaid lunch break
. Fri: 8.30am - 4.30pm including 1 hour unpaid lunch break
. Gross monthly salary 2000€-2200€.
. 6 € meal vouchers
. Transport allowance according to PC200
. Sectoral bonus
. Eco-cheque

Upon signature of the permanent contract :

. DKV hospital insurance
. Group insurance (= 8% of gross annual salary)
