Are you an experienced Internal Account Manager in a B2B/PPE/Industrial environment?
What would your role look like?
Management of a portfolio of distributors/partners and grow the revenue. Monitor performance of and liaise with distributors to maximize profit with the distributor/end-user networks Identify, assess, analyze, prioritize, plan, new business growth opportunities and end-user business within the designated region in order to achieve defined revenue and share of objectives + achieve profit objectives through the control of pricing Formulate sales and wins plans and objectives on a monthly basis and execute them within the region. Prepare all relevant sales plans, budgets, reports and forecasts and ensure that they are presented in a timely manner. Drawing individual business plan Build effective relationships with segmented customers by maintaining regular contact and have a solid understanding of the customers¿ business needs and insure an optimal coverage. Act as internal CRM specialist and manage the CRM database to ensure customer data accuracy. Work closely with the Sales team to achieve the sales objectives and to regularly update Sales on the outbound activities progress. Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships with internal stakeholders and colleagues Work closely with the Marketing Team to support and execute Marketing/Event campaigns Work closely with customer service, monitor trade expenditure and reporting of customer complaints information via the Quality department Give commercial support to the sales team to manage the territories efficiently (dual contact, targeted campaigns¿)
What will you bring ?
University or bachelor's degree or equivalent At least 3 years of experience in an international customer interfacing position Fluent Dutch, very good knowledge of English + Other EU language based on the market, and good oral and written knowledge of another European language is a plus. Minimum 2-3 years experience working in a Sales; inside sales/Account Management/ role Excellent telephone and written skills to communicate by phone and email + familiar with virtual interactions technologies (Video calls) Experience in engaging in business to business selling support Fast learner, must be able to deal with technical product information Experience of using business management systems (SAP/CRM) Good use of MS Office (Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook, PPT) Ecommerce experience is a plus Ability to demonstrate strong customer facing communication skills Strong and proven Sales/ negotiation skills Ability to operate independently and with minimal day to day direction within clearly defined goals and objectives Willingness to be flexible with time and adjust to a changing work environment. Ability to use sound judgment and discretion in dealing with highly confidential information. Team player
