Tempo Team is looking for a management assistant in a Law Office
As a management assistant you will provide effective and high quality secretarial and administrative support to our partners and lawyers.
Essential duties and responsibilities As a management assistant you will have the following responsibilities: - You are involved in the day-to-day management of the secretariat; - you are responsible for billing; - you will draft and lay-out documents; - you are responsible and attentive to details and deadlines; - you will coordinate internal and external meetings; - you will manage agendas; - you will make travel arrangements such as flight bookings, hotels, ... - you respond and deal with telephone calls and electronic mail; - you will scan, file/archive and copy documents.
You have a Bachelor Degree preferably in Office Management or similar level through relevant work experience; - you have at least 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience; - you are a fluent communicator in Dutch and French with an excellent knowledge of English; - you have an excellent command of MS Office tools such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint; - you are discrete and diplomatic; - you work pro-active, well organized and structured; - you have a positive attitude and you are service-oriented; - you are a real team player; - you demonstrate flexibility and efficiency; - you are able to remain calm and professional under pressure and in a demanding environment; - you manage expectations in terms of deadlines and outcome of tasks assigned.
