Support our client in reaching the Supply Chain targets. While respecting the Guiding Principles : leadership, innovation, People, Value for customers, Long-term orientation & responsibility. He/She is handling the full activities to get the right level of stock, storage costs and out of stock level.

Jobomschrijving

Manage the stock level of each product to get the right level of stock to be able to supply our customers on time and quantity. Place Purchase Orders from internal and external suppliers and ensure the goods follow-up.
Manage the forecast in IBP to allow all our plants to have the right volume of raw material to be able to deliver our PO's on time and quantity.
Ensure a good working relationship with the 3PL in the warehouse.
Manage displays and other articles assembly with the 3PL.
Maintain in SAP products data's. Inform colleagues and hierarchy on quantitative & qualitative information (share of best practice).
Manage the administration of non EU imported products through our 3PL and consequently maintain the expected delivery date of the goods.
Manage closely all forecasted promotion with marketing & Sales.
IC & Transfer price maintenance
Creation / activation of new item (NAMFU Processes).
Approve the invoices linked to PO's and transports of his/her range of products
Manage the reports of Stock, Obsolete & slow moving items and provide solutions to reduce the overall level of SLOBs.

Jouw aanbod

Bachelor in foreign trade, logistic or accountancy.
2-3 years experiences in a similar fields. Preferably in an international environment.
Be able to understand habits & customs of different countries.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French & English
Good problem resolution skills.
¿Team minded and result oriented.
Stress resistant.
Able to work with an ERP (SAP), Windows programs (Excel, Outlook¿).
Ability to interpret and anticipate requirements and to clarify complex and competing demands.
Time management skills to cope effectively with sometimes conflicting demands and pressures from internal and external customers
