Student HR Content & SharePoint Migration Support

Key Responsibilities

🧹 Reviewing and cleaning up existing HR documents (policies, work instructions, guides, and FAQs).

🎨 Reformatting content to align with new SharePoint templates and style guidelines.

📤 Uploading and organizing documentation within the new SharePoint platform.

🔗 Creating and verifying internal links, references, and cross-document connections.

⚠️ Identifying outdated or duplicate content and coordinating resolution with subject matter experts.

📊 Maintaining a clear progress log for the migration process.

🔍 Performing quality checks for broken links, formatting errors, and accessibility.

Qualifications

🎓 Currently enrolled as a student (Bachelor's or Master's degree).

📋 Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.

💻 Digitally savvy and quick to pick up new platforms (SharePoint knowledge is a plus, not a requirement).

🗣️ Excellent written communication skills in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.

🎯 Independent worker with a proactive mindset and a reliable, professional attitude.

📅 Fully available full-time for the entire month of October 2026.
