Your tasks will include: - International reservations (booking system) - Customers service (client relations) - Communication with chauffeurs and international suppliers (affiliate relations) - Service control (dispatching) - Handling of urgencies and last minute bookings. - Proactively ensuring the service quality and avoiding incidences.
1. Personal skills -Self organized and reliable person -good communication skills (spoken and written) in different languages (see below) -Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment -good team worker -Stress resistance and experienced in conflict resolution.
2. Professional skills, experiences - Familiar with MS office Word/Excel/outlook - Experience in e-mail editing - Proven vendor and/or customer service experience 3. Languages The candidate must be fluent in English, French and at least one further language.
