We are looking for an internal customer service to join our client.
This role consists in 7 main areas :
1) Account Planning : Supports the sales manager in providing input to the sales planning process. Gives assistance to Customer Service Manager
2) Relationship Management : Actively builds close working relationship with operational staff in new/existing client organisations. Is in charge of general communication with customer in his area of responsibility and liases with all involved parties. Liaise with Logistics manager in order to plan workload of the warehouse crew.
3) Order Processing : Closes/accepts orders in which a quantity, specifications, conditions, delivery time are mentioned in agreement within the guidelines of Sappi sales and price policy and terms of payment. Follows-up and monitors course/progress of order (production, delivery of products and invoicing). Is responsible for the administration of credit and debit notes
4) Identifying Opportunities :On the basis of close day to day contact with internal and external customers establishes background information and picks up on opportunities; gets involved in operational problems and converts these to opportunities
5) Offer Preparation : Works with sales manager on all aspects of offer preparation
6) Database Management : Maintains customer master data/CRM qualification of customer. Assists external sales force and management in compiling statistics out of sales relevant systems
7) Stock Management : Monitors customers related stocks and take appropriate action in taken the stocks in the agreed limits
Fluency in English, German and Dutch are required. The knowledge of any other European language will be considered as an asset You are computer literate (MS Office, Outlook, SAP) You are a team player and possess excellent problem solving skills You have a commercial education or higher non-university degree or equivalent You have 2-3 years working experience in a similar function You need an eye for details in administration You are customer and results oriented You have good communication and interpersonal skills You are open to a multinational environment.
