A leading company for VIP chauffeured services in Belgium with a national and global
coverage searches a responsible of administration for a half time position or optional a full
time position (in function of the candidates profile) .
The company, established in 1990 in Belgium, provides premium chauffeured transportation
in Belgium and outside Belgium to local and international customers.
The candidate will be in charge of the administration of human resources , of the accountancy
payable and the accountancy receivable. He / she will overview the company¿s accountant
department and cash flow in close collaboration with an external accountancy.
The candidate will also be responsible of multiple administrative tasks and processes, as e.g.
fleet insurances, vehicle registrations, police fines, and vacations plans, procurement of
regular company needs (office material, fuel, and additional services)
The candidate should be a self organized person, with excellent communication skills and a
good common sense. She / he should be a good team worker, motivated, responsible and have
proven experience in administrative area. The candidate is not expected to be a professional
accountancy (contable) but used to deal with the invoicing and cash of midsized
organizations.

Jobomschrijving

Your taksks will include:
-Administration of human resources (payrolls, vacations, hours, weekends, planning in
operations)
-Accountancy payable (supplier payments)
-Accountancy receivable (clients payments)
-Cash flow management
-Regular (monthly and yearly) closing of the company situation and results in
-collaboration with an external accountancy
-Variable daily administrative task in relation to fleet, chauffeurs, suppliers, Flemish
region, subsidies, registration, insurances, etc¿

Jouw aanbod

We are looking for someone who is organised and reliable. Futhermore, we are looking for someone with good communication skills (spoken and written) in Dutch, French and English. Precision is important as well. We are looking for someone who has experience with accountancy and invoicing software.
