- Order Processing: Efficiently handling consignment orders received via email, phone, and our Quickonline portal (routing, service classification, deadline setting, and job order printing).
- Approval Management: Managing the crucial "green light" approval process for consignments destined for non-EU locations.
- Proactive Communication: Keeping clients continuously informed with status notifications and diligent follow-ups (including flight/customs delays, proof of deliveries, additional charges, and resolutions).
- Email Management: Monitoring and actioning client emails in shared mailboxes.
- Compliance: Ensuring strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Logistics Coordination: Calculating and arranging the precise positioning of temperature-controlled packaging and logger supplies.
