As a Team Coach, you will be the source of inspiration for a team of 15 to 20 motivated warehouse employees in Kontich. You will create a respectful working environment in which your team can excel.
Together with the Shift Leader, you will ensure a smooth flow of goods and contribute to the success of the entire distribution center.
