Leading

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (of Bachelor or Master level)
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically about processes
• Experience in managing large teams (approx. 50 employees)
• Fluency in English
• You have relevant experience as a Shift Leader within a logistics environment
• You possess strong leadership and people management skills to motivate and coach a team
• You have an in-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• You preferably have experience in the automotive sector, which is considered a strong asset
• You are decisive, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and have a keen eye for detail
• You have strong organizational skills and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• You hold a forklift certificate or are willing to obtain one through training
