Main Responsibilities

• You sort and palletize incoming goods accurately based on the order sheet.
• You load and unload trucks and transport goods safely and smoothly with the reachtruck.
• You store loads and pallets efficiently in the various storage zones of the warehouse.
• You perform quality controls on the goods and prepare orders accurately.
• You monitor the general quality on the work floor and report any deviations directly to your supervisor.

Qualifications

• You have a valid reachtruck certificate or at least 6 months of experience (if you have plenty of experience but no certificate, we will look into the possibilities of obtaining one through us).
• You possess an excellent command of the English language, as this is the absolute main language within the company and both work instructions and selection tests are conducted entirely in English.
• You are flexible to work in a 2-shift system, as requests for the permanent night shift are currently very limited and operate with a waiting list.
• You can travel to the site in Evergem completely independently.
• You are flexible regarding a changing set of tasks within this start-up environment and have a sharp eye for safety.
• You understand that we work with a startup pool, meaning a flexible start date is no problem for you.
