Quality Control and Inspection
• Conduct regular inspections of kitting, packaging, and warehousing processes to ensure they
meet specified quality standards.
• Verify that all items are correctly picked, labeled, assembled, stored, and packaged according
to production orders and customer specifications.
• Perform spot checks and random sampling to assess overall quality.
Internal Auditing
• Plan, schedule, and conduct internal quality audits ensure adherence to company policies,
procedures, and industry standards.
• Document audit findings, including any non-conformances, and work with relevant departments
to develop corrective action plans.
• Follow up on corrective actions to ensure that issues are resolved, and that compliance is
maintained.
• Report audit results to management and provide recommendations for continuous
improvement.
Process Improvement
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance quality, reduce errors, and increase
efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and preventive
measures.
Documentation and Reporting
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
• Prepare and present quality and audit reports to management, highlighting trends, issues, and
recommended solutions.
Compliance
• Ensure that all activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory
requirements.
• Promote a culture of quality awareness throughout the organization.
Root Cause Analysis
• Investigate and analyze quality issues to determine root causes and develop effective corrective
actions.
• Work with the production and logistics teams to ensure that corrective actions are implemented
and monitored for effectiveness.
Training and Support
• In coordination with operational Supervisors, conducts required and recommended training
sessions of staff in all job functions to ensure initial and ongoing competency.
• Provide feedback on existing processes and training programs; suggest enhancements and
modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing
needs of customers, the organization, or the industry.
• Review internal training programs in order to determine effectiveness. Present findings of
training reviews and audits to management.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
