Production worker

As a Production Worker / Packer, you are a crucial link in the quality chain. Your focus is on finalizing the products and preparing them for shipment:

• Packing and Packaging: Responsible for the correct and careful packing of various ice cream products according to the established standards and quality requirements.
• Quality Control: Performing the final visual checks on both the product and the packaging, and verifying that the correct labels are applied.
• Team Support: Actively cooperating with colleagues and ensuring a continuous supply of packaging materials.
• Ready for Transport: Ensuring that the ice creams are fully prepared for transport/shipping

We are looking for an accurate and committed colleague who is eager to roll up their sleeves:

• Communication: You have a good command of the Dutch language to be able to communicate safely and effectively.
• Flexibility: You are willing to work in a 2-shift system (early and late shifts).
• Mobility: You have your own transport (car or bicycle), as the location in Oevel is difficult to reach by public transport.
• Quality Awareness: You proactively and consciously adhere to the prevailing standards for hygiene, safety, and quality in the food industry.
• Experience (A Plus): Prior experience with packaging or production processes is an advantage, but not a requirement. The client provides the necessary training.
