Als logistieke bediende binnen het planningteam heb je verschillende taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

🗺️ Smart Planning: Create the daily distribution planning for our local drivers to optimize routes and efficiency.

🗣️ First Point of Contact: Act as the primary go-to person for our drivers and domestic partners—identifying operational gaps and proposing better ways of working.

💡 Solution-Oriented: Find creative solutions to serve our customers, ensuring every shipment is collected and delivered right within the agreed lead times.

📑 Driver Support: Assist drivers with shipping documents and delivery notes, while maintaining excellent communication across the organization.

🧭 Real-Time Monitoring: Keep a close eye on driver round-trips and step in proactively whenever needed to respect our customer agreements.

🤝 Relationship Building: Foster strong, positive working relationships with drivers, charters, and domestic partners.

💻 Tech-Savvy Tracking: Utilize specialized programs to anticipate delays and proactively search for quick, effective solutions.

Jouw vaardigheden en ervaringen:

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through proven experience.

⏳ Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Logistics, preferably in a similar position or environment.

🕒 Flexibility: Open to working variable hours (early/late shifts) to keep things moving.

🧠 Mindset: Strong analytical thinking combined with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

🗣️ Languages: Fluent in Dutch, English, and French to effectively connect with our global network.
