Kitting Customer/Production Support

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Ability to communicate with other team members and customers to ensure customer

needs are met

• Must be timely and work efficiently and independently throughout the day

• Must be able to work at supervisor determined pace

• Must be comfortable in an active warehouse

• Must be able to operate a computer, company systems (with training), and Microsoft

Office

• Minimum High School Degree

• Act as main point of customer contact for daily operations for assigned

account(s)/mailboxes

• Work with kitting production teamlead/supervisor to ensure timely completion of kits

according to customer specified requests

• Work with customer to communicate inventory required for upcoming projects to

ensure timely completion

• Assist in all levels of kit production to ensure timely completion of orders

• Answer all customer requests for information regarding production, orders, and

inventory as needed

• Handle all customer communication, both written and verbal, as related to daily

operations
