In this role, you are the central point of contact via telephone for the swift and efficient resolution of breakdowns. You handle phone calls, emails, and faxes, gather information, provide technical support, and keep all involved parties informed. Additionally, you monitor agreements, handle complaints, and ensure the correct administrative follow-up of each case within the set deadlines. You will work at night, from 8 PM to 8 AM, on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
