Assistant teamleader

• Leadership and Management: Lead a team within the warehouse, distribute tasks, and ensure the quality of the work.
• Goods Processing: Make sure that goods are processed correctly and efficiently.
• Safety and Quality: Enforce safety regulations and ensure that procedures are followed.
• Optimization: Look for ways to improve work processes.
• Training: Onboard new employees and ensure they are quickly familiar with their tasks.
• Backup: Act as the point of contact for your team and cover for the Team Leader in their absence.

• You are able to prioritize and maintain an overview.
• You can mediate conflicts and report efficiently to your supervisor.
• You are flexible regarding both working hours and tasks.
• You have coaching and motivating skills.
• You are communicative and stress-resistant.
• A forklift and/or reach truck certificate is a plus.
