Assistant to the Committee for Prevention and Protection at Work :

The Assistant is responsible for the logistic organization of the plenary monthly meetings, for organization of the preparation meetings, for the convocation and the related useful documents

The Assistant is responsible for the public subsidy files for people with disabilities : he/she will have to follow up on existing files with the competent public authorities and when necessary initiate new requests

The Assistant is responsible for organizing video-conferences and welcoming external visitors
The Assistant manages the mailing box

Assistant to the Human Ressources Director :

The Assistant handles general secretarial tasks
The Assistant is responsible for managing, scheduling and organising meetings, travels, organize events
The Assistant is responsible for welcoming external visitors as well as newcomers in the team for the team.
He/she keeps the internet pages up to date;
