Our client is a worldwide operating CFD software company.

To further sustain and accelerate its growth, our client is looking for an IT Helpdesk Engineer, to join the International team based in Brussels.

Responsibilities:

As an IT Helpdesk Engineer your responsibilities will include:
* Provide technical support to the organization¿s internal users, hardware (desktops, laptops, IP connectivity, internal telephony system) and applications
* Install, maintain and upgrade user devices
* Troubleshoot any type of issues reported by internal users and work on their resolution or escalate it to a higher level
* Ensure high rate of user satisfaction

Jouw aanbod

Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor¿s degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent is a prerequisite
* Good knowledge of Windows 7, 8, 10
* Knowledge of Windows Server 2012+
* Good knowledge of different Linux distributions
* Knowledge of scripting (*sh, perl, etc.)
* Knowledge of networking and TCP/IP
* Good knowledge of computer hardware
* Knowledge of cabling
* Fluent English language is a prerequisite for the role
* French is a plus.

You are highly motivated, you should be a self-starter with a problem solving attitude, you assume full ownership of assigned tasks and have proactive communication on encountered difficulties. You have a team oriented mindset, with a focus on user orientation and quality.
