Extensive direct email/ phone contact with customers, sales representatives, warehouse and product managers. Issues RMA's (return material authorization numbers) over the intranet, Internet, fax requests and telephone. Handles ship damage claims. Works closely with warehouse personnel to resolve shipping discrepancies. Follows up orders with carriers Will be main contact person for the Benelux market
Language skills: perfectly fluent in English and Dutch Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
