Tempo Team is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a client situated in Haren.
Tasks: - Extensive direct email/ phone contact with customers, sales representatives, warehouse and product managers. -Issues RMA¿s (return material authorization numbers) over the intranet, Internet, fax requests and telephone. - Handles ship damage claims. - Works closely with warehouse personnel to resolve shipping discrepancies. - Follows up orders with carriers - Will be main contact person for the Belgian market
Profile: - Language skills: perfectly fluent in Dutch and English (preferably with French) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Good computer skills - Team player, Pro-active and initiative taking - Work independently with minimal supervision - Friendly, motivated personality who likes to work in an International environment - You are a born problem solver.
