Tempo Team is looking for an Administrative Support Agency employee for a bank in the centre of Brussels.
Description: - Making an inventory of all original documents that you receive from external sources. - You make a list (based on schedules found in the loan documentation), the goal is to check if we effectively have received a hard copy and/or electronic version of each document on such list. - On a daily basis interact with the Relationship Managers of the Agency team and can count on their support for guiding him/her through the files.
- You have a minimum Secondary school degree - You have a good knowledge (spoken + written ) of Dutch, French and English - You are motivated, and who is capable to work in a diligent and largely independent manner
Availability: A soon as possible - interim mission for minimum 3 months Brussels centre
