Teamleader

As teamleader, you will be responsible for ensuring operations through achieving KPIs and coaching your teamcoaches. Together with them, you will be responsible for managing your team of warehouse employees.

Your responsibilities:
- You coach your team coaches in the day-to-day management of warehouse operations, ensuring that they achieve the set target in terms of productivity, safety and quality.
- You, yourself, direct the operation in achieving the long-term objectives and act as the final responsible party towards your team of warehouse employees, by means of clear objectives, daily consultations, evaluations, training, work accident analyses, sickness absence interviews, etc.
- To achieve optimal operations, you consult with the planning department, fellow teamleaders, operations managers and various internal support service.
- You also ensure that safety rules are respected, by carrying out regular safety rounds, analysing industrial accidents, communicating safety topics, ... All this to ensure that our employees proactively contribute to a strong safety policy.
- You will be employed in a three-shift system.
