- You already have some experience in the logistics sector, preferably in Retail with perishable goods.
- Working in a cold environment (+/- 4°C) does not bother you.
- You have strong skills and aptitude for managing people and organising processes: drive, stress-resistance, solution-orientation and willingness to cooperate.
- You have strong communication skills and conduct one-to-one interviews (following up with your team members), team board meetings, tours and much more.
- You are interested in expanding and sharing your knowledge of logistics processes, safety, quality with your colleagues.
