For a fuel company located in the center of Brussels, we are looking for a Personal Assistant (as soon as possible for a permanent contract).

Your main tasks : - Administration support : travels, meetings, expense claims, contacts, follow up holiday planning members, budget set up and monitoring, etc - Communication and engagement plan - Annual meetings planning, logistics preparations, minutes sharing with staff - Staff engagement sessions for Brussels colleagues: 4X/year - Informal lunches with members - Keep an overview of messages that are sent to all staff to avoid mistakes, double messages, giving a good context of the message - Have an eye for ambiance in the office and advise when needed
Support Social Investments plan and track execution : - Boards : date planning + invitations + logistics - Events preparation support - Fun team: Staff party / Sint feest / Family Day - Xmas breakfast (Ghent + Brussels) - Easter eggs
Crisis management focal point : - Update Crisis manual - Notification Service support
Ad hoc projects and activities
- Fluent in English, French & Dutch - 5y/10y experience in similar function - Detail oriented - Autonomous - Flexible - Ease in project management
