Description de la fonction

Assist the Corporate Relations Team in the execution of their tasks to support our client.
Assist the European Lead Team in the execution of their tasks & provide secretarial assistance to the Brussels finance team.
Assist specifically the VP Manufacturing & Technology in the execution of his task especially related to handling his calendar, travel arrangements and liaising with Directors & Assistants.

Administrative & Secretarial Support
* Arranges and monitors travel and accommodation to optimise time, cost and overall business effectiveness.
* Preparing information and keeping records
Researches and prepares information, and produces documentation that is accurate, fit for its purpose and meet requirements.
Maintains accurate records adhering to security and confidential guidelines.
* Handling correspondence: Initiates and responds to correspondence for manager.

General Corporate Office team support

Planning, organising and monitoring work

Tes atouts

Education level: certified assistant in a recognised school.
Experience in a similar role.
IT literate: excellent working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SAP programs
Works in 4 languages fluently (Dutch-English-German and French) English and German as a base.
Confidentiality in all aspects of the role
Communicative, flexible, discrete person with a good team-spirit.
Able to organise, co-ordinate and work in an effective and efficient manner.
Open-mindedness to new tasks and flexible to meet new challenges.
Open to a multinational environment.
