Job responsibilities: Support BMW Belux (including MINI and Motorrad), use of Oracle CRM database. Become the trusted source for contact and prospect data flow. Create ad-hoc reports of customer segmentation. Manage and help execute testing of existing and new CRM database functionality. Test and troubleshoot data flow from various lead channels (web, app, etc.) to CRM database and to BMW dealers. Manage, plan, and help execute case and regression testing. Ad-hoc reporting from CRM database via Reporting Interface or GUI.
Bachelor degree (Businesses or Analytical background). Proficiency in Dutch and English language. Experience working with a CRM Database. Strong affinity with ICT and database management Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vertical lookup, charts). SQL knowledge preferred. Analytical, punctual, advanced communication skills.
