. Either a post-secondary education attested by a diploma in a relevant field, or a secondary education attested by a diploma giving access to post-secondary education and relevant professional experience of at least 2 years. Preference to a secretarial or office administration education.
. In addition, a minimum of 1 year professional experience in providing secretarial support.
. Experience with mission preparation (i.e. flights, hotel booking etc).
. Good planning and organising skills.
. Experience in standard Microsoft Office applications.
. Drafting skills in English.
. Quality focus, customer-oriented, teamwork and sense of confidentiality.
. Ability to work in a multinational and multicultural environment.
